FREQUENTLY ASKED

Quick answers.

Data residency, AI approvals, integrations, plans, and compliance — in one place.

Does my data really stay on my device?

Yes. Your data is stored locally on your device. External services are only used through integrations you explicitly connect. See the Security page and Trust Center.

Can the AI accidentally break something?

No. The AI always asks before doing anything and waits for your approval. If you approve, it acts. If not, it waits.

How do I bring my existing Jira board?

Connect your account; each board opens as a project. Its tasks appear in your active project view. More on the integrations page.

Do you support Windows and Linux?

macOS is our current priority. Windows is coming soon; Linux depends on community demand.

Which AI models do you use?

We use leading large language models — you can pick which one you prefer.

How do I archive a project?

Archive it from project settings. Its history and data are kept; it just disappears from the active list.

Are you GDPR and KVKK compliant?

Yes. Your data stays on your device by default; for cloud components we offer a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) aligned with GDPR and KVKK. See the Trust Center for details.

Are you SOC 2 certified?

We are in the SOC 2 Type II audit process with a Q3 2026 target. See the Trust Center for the current status.

Where is my data processed?

Your project data stays on your device by default. With cloud sync enabled, AWS Frankfurt (EU) or Virginia (US) are used. We can discuss data residency requirements on the Enterprise plan.

Do you charge per seat?

No. Plans are scoped to the team or organization — no seat tax and no surprise line items. See pricing for Team, Business, and Enterprise.

Which teams is FNR AI built for?

FNR AI is designed for product, engineering, operations, and customer success teams running multiple projects at once.
